Storage and Packaging:Sucrose fatty acid esters (especially products with high HLB) have a low softening point and are prone to moisture absorption and clumping. They must be sealed and stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry place. Suggested storage temperature: ≤ 30 ℃, humidity: ≤ 70%.
